To join the network you must agree to the following terms and conditions (as of 2009-01-06):

• OGN (Open Gaming Network) is a fair and open network. You will help the community by reviewing at least 4 other network applications. Failure to do so may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Your website must not contain anything illegal, any pornographic content, or anything that violates a copyright or trademark.
• You must place the linkshare banner no more than once on each page on your public or in-game content in a location that is viewable by 1024x768 resolution and is not hidden in an iframe or any other method for inflating impressions. The linkshare banner can go in the top or bottom of your content.
• You must place the linkshare banner or the OGN icon on your webpage in a visible location in the public (or in-game) location.
• If you fail to meet any of the above terms we reserve the right to remove your site from the network and relinquish any stored impression credits.

We will provide you with:

• A fair 1:1 impressions received to impressions server ratio. For every one icon you show in the linkshare banner, your icon will be shown once. For every 1 featured ad you show in the linkshare banner, your site will be featured once.
• A free game listing in our directory for all network games.
• In the event that the hardware costs increase we may start providing a pay-to-be featured service. This will remain a zero profit service in keeping with our open and fair service.
• Our terms and conditions may change at any time. We will provide you with a warning before they are changed.
